Mike,

For its small size, this painting packs quite a punch. The ruffled feathers at the back of the head and the violet hues in the black playing off the ochre near the beak denote a sense of foreboding, perhaps a coming storm. As the namesake of my hometown football team, The Baltimore Ravens, it has special meaning. Well done!

This is so very awesome Mike, the greys and contrast are remarkable. I don't know that I could let this go If it were my painting. Great work!
